Marissa Soto is the principal of Law Offices of Soto & Associates, P.C. This breadth of experience has given Marissa invaluable expertise in managing cases and handling complex negotiations among a number of parties. Marissa Soto began her legal career practicing mostly corporate law, representing multi-million dollar companies in Manhattan but has recently re-located her practice to the Bronx, where she lives and is a part of the community. Her practice now focuses on business and individual clients. She works with clients from the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, and Orange County.
Marissa Soto is also very involved with the community, working with the Puerto Rican Bar Association and local Bronx elementary schools to give back to the community in a way that is meaningful and adds value. In 2014, she received the Puerto Rican Bar Association’s Flor de Maga award in recognition of such efforts and commitment. In 2016 Marissa was recognized by Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj as a Woman of Distinction.
